School Events
First Day Breakfast
Donuts and coffee served in the school backyard for parents and guardians on the first morning of school. This is a great way to meet new parents and members of the Parent Council.
Pizza Lunch
The Parent Council organizes a weekly pizza lunch for all Rosedale students. Keep watch for sign-up information early in the school year. The program runs to the end of the school year.
Hallowe’en Hullabaloo
This is one of Rosedale's largest and most loved events. Held in late October, funds raised during this event go to the grade six graduation celebrations in June.
Family Skating Party
An evening filled with skating and family fun with our Rosedale school community. This event is held in late January.
Art Auction & Staff Appreciation
We dedicate an evening to appreciate the teachers and staff that support and engage our kids throughout the year. This parent/teacher evening provides a great opportunity to connect as a community and honour the amazing team at Rosedale. Traditionally, the evening also showcases art from all the classes which are then auctioned off and funds go to support school events.
BBQ – RPS & Circle Family Picnic
This is event is for the families of Rosedale Circle. Come socialize and have fun. This event is held in early June.
Volunteer Tea
Parents make Rosedale the awesome place it is and to show our appreciation, the council hosts a Tea/Coffee breakfast as a Thank-you. This event is held in early June.
Scientist in the Classroom
Each classroom receives 3-4 hands-on workshops throughout the year to encourage critical thinking, creativity and problem-solving.
Spirit Wear
